今兹有我校1名国际学生本科生于2025年9月17日未经审批后离校，经学校反复劝导拒不返校，并私自离境，且未经批准连续两周未参加学校规定的教学活动。根据《湖北工程学院国际学生学籍管理办法（修订）》（湖工行字〔2024〕43号）第八章第四十三条相关规定，经湖北工程学院国际教育学院审核，对以下1名国际学生作自动退学处理，注销其学籍。

Public Notice from the School of International Education, Hubei Engineering University, Regarding the Dismissal of an International Student for Violating Academic Regulations

One of our international undergraduate students left the university without approval on September 17, 2025. Despite repeated efforts by the university to persuade the student to return, they refused and departed the country without authorization. Additionally, the student has failed to participate in the university’s required teaching activities for two consecutive weeks without approval. In accordance with Article 43, Chapter 8 of the Hubei Engineering University International Student Status Management Regulations (Revised) (HBEU Administrative Document No. 43, 2024), and upon review by the Hubei Engineering University School of International Education, the following international student is considered to have voluntarily withdrawn from the university, and their student status will be revoked.

The public notice period is 5 working days (October 15, 2025 – October 21, 2025).
